Small Group Personal Training Sessions
Personal training in a small group setting, this is the best of both worlds when it comes to training. You get the personalized coaching and programming making sure the workout is right for your individual goals and needs all while you get the benefit of being in a fun and social environment. Having the right community and support around you will help you stay on track and get results better.

Nutritional Coaching
Want to improve your diet, weather it is losing a few lbs. or looking to feel more energized we have the ability to help improve your diet based on real world experience. We run an 8 week fat loss accelerator which is a group coaching to improve your diet, way of thinking and mindset around nutrition.

Run Club
Run club is our free community-based weekend run. We meet outside Cafe Chai in Banstead High Street every week on a Saturday. We are the only group that is FREE and has a beginner’s group who run/walk/run/walk the whole way. We wanted to create a community of likeminded people that want a social running group that isnt too serious. No matter your pace we have got something for you. 7.30Min/Km pace 6.30Min/Km Pace and 5.30Min/Km pace and faster. The best part, we all hang around of a good ol’ chat, coffee and pastry at Chai.

Fitness Classes

Never feel like you cant do something, we understand you and can keep these classes personalized.
HYT offers personal training in a small group environment, that helps you to become stronger, fitter and healthier. Despite being in a small group, each programme is individualised to everyone and caters to their needs.
