Who is HelpYouTrain?
HelpYouTrain has built a reputation for being friendly, professional and inclusive with tailored training sessions designed for clients of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a beginner and totally new to training, a regular gym goer but looking for that extra push on living a healthier life or a someone that is looking to keep active in to their retirement, you will find a space here and a program tailored to you.

Small Group Personal Training Sessions
Personal training in a small-group setting truly gives you the best of both worlds. You receive personalised coaching and programming tailored to your individual goals, needs, and abilities, while enjoying the energy, accountability, and fun of training alongside others. Being part of the right community keeps you motivated, supported, and consistent. With a strong group around you, staying on track becomes easier and results come faster.
Fitness Classes
Build your cardiovascular system while putting in to practice what you have learnt I personal training, challenging movement control and strength under fatigue. These classes are designed to help you improve your overall fitness so you can get more out of life. You’ll never feel like you can’t do something because we meet you where you are and keep every session personalised to your needs.
Nutritional Coaching

Whether your goal is to lose a few pounds or simply feel more energized day-to-day, we can help you make sustainable changes based on real-world experience.
We offer an 8-week Fat Loss & Healthier Diet Course, a group-coaching program designed to transform not just your nutrition habits, but also your mindset, lifestyle, and overall relationship with food. You’ll learn practical strategies, gain accountability, and build lasting habits that truly support your goals.
Run Club
Run club is our free community-based weekend run. We meet outside Cafe Chai in Banstead High Street every week on a Saturday. We are the only group that is FREE and has a beginner’s group who run/walk/run/walk the whole way. We wanted to create a community of likeminded people that want a social running group that isnt too serious. No matter your pace we have got something for you. 7.30Min/Km pace 6.30Min/Km Pace and 5.30Min/Km pace and faster. The best part, we all hang around of a good ol’ chat, coffee and pastry at Chai.
